Youth Walk-in Counselling @ West Toronto Youth Hub

In partnership with Unison Community Health Centre, we are pleased to announce that starting Tuesday, September 18th, 2018 the West Toronto Youth Hub will be launching a series of new programs starting with a counselling walk-in clinic that will open two days per week.

The Youth Mentorship Program provides youth (Mentees) access to a consistent, caring adult (Mentor) who supports them in achieving goals and outcomes related to employment/entrepreneurship, educational achievement and/or civic engagement/leadership.

Urban Tele-Mental Health Services at Yorktown

We are pleased to announce our OTN & Urban Tele-Mental Health Service at Yorktown. Tele Mental Health is a referral base service that provides easy access to psychiatric assessment and consultations for families with infants, children and youth between the ages of 0-18 years old across the GTA region.

2016 Humanitarian Award for Community Service

For the past 16 years, the Yorktown Family Services Humanitarian Award for Community Service has been presented to deserving philanthropists at the Tribute Dinner, Yorktown’s most significant fundraising event. The 17th annual Tribute Dinner in Honor of Megan and Brian Porter was held on May 4th 2016 at the new Scotiabank Centre bringing together Ontario’s political, corporate and community leaders to celebrate the presentation of the Award.
