Tele Mental Health is a referral base service that provides easy access to psychiatric assessment and consultations for families with infants, children and youth between the ages of 0-18 years old across the GTA region.

For the past 16 years, the Yorktown Family Services Humanitarian Award for Community Service has been presented to deserving philanthropists at the Tribute Dinner, Yorktown’s most significant fundraising event. The 17th annual Tribute Dinner in Honor of Megan and Brian Porter was held on May 4th 2016 at the new Scotiabank Centre bringing together Ontario’s political, corporate and community leaders to celebrate the presentation of the Award.
