Transitional and Housing Support (THSP)
Transitional and Housing Support Program provides therapeutic counselling, safety planning and all related transitional and housing supports and services to women and their children who have experienced abuse.
Yorktown Family Services is closed on Monday, September 7th, 2026, for Labour Day.
Rapid Access Therapy will also be closed on Saturday, September 5th and Monday, September 7th, 2026.
Regular Service hours will resume on Tuesday, September 8th, 2026.
