Urban Tele-Mental Health (UTMH)
Tele Mental Health is a referral base service that provides easy access to psychiatric assessment and consultations for families with infants, children and youth.
Yorktown Family Services will be closing our programs and services for a staff event on Friday, September 25th, 2026.
Rapid Access Therapy and What’s Up walk-in clinics will also be closed on that day.
Regular program and service hours will resume on Monday, September 28th, 2026.
