Yorktown Family Services recognizes the sensitivity of an individual’s personal health information and is committed to respecting, safeguarding and protecting clients’ personal health information in compliance with the Personal Health Information Act, 2004. Yorktown has developed and adheres to Privacy Policies that ensure that all personal health information is kept private and secure.
Personal health information about our clients is collected in order to provide the best care possible. The Statement of Personal Health Information Practices outlines the information that we collect about clients, how that information will be used and how the information will be protected.

Donor Privacy Policy
Yorktown Family Services adheres to a strict privacy policy in its fundraising activities. The agency does not share its donor list with any other organization. Individuals and organizations that make donations to Yorktown will have their contact information added to our donor database. This information is retained for future contact with those individuals or organizations. Donors wishing to have his/her name removed from our mailing, email or telephone contact list are kindly requested to advise us by email at info@yorktownfamilyservices.com or by calling 416-394-2424 ext 221.
