Baby Love is a group format, evidence based preventive intervention program of attachment theory.

Parenting in the Early Years (PITEY) is offered in both English and Spanish is a 9-week parenting program for parents and caregivers of children birth to six years.

Rapid Access Therapy, provided at no charge, is barrier-free access to mental health counselling services offered virtually (Virtual Rapid Access Therapy) and in-person (Walk-in Rapid Access Therapy).
