Wraparound

Wraparound is a strength-based approach that helps youth and their family to look at areas in their life they would like to improve or change. They work with a Wraparound Facilitator who gives them a voice to choose what areas of their life they want to work on and make specific goals towards them. The Wraparound Facilitator will help youth and family build a Wraparound Team, who are people the youth and family identify as important in their lives and who can be a support to help them accomplish their goals. Youth and their families will meet once a month with their Wraparound team to have a Wraparound team meeting to discuss the goals they have identified and make Wraparound plans that work for the youth and their family.
