What’s Up Walk-In® is being offered in-person through our Walk-in Rapid Access Therapy service 5 days a week at our West Toronto Youth Hub.

Rapid Access Therapy Service Hours:

Rapid Access Therapy is now offering Walk-in services, Monday to Friday, at the West Toronto Youth Hub located at the Jane Street Hub, 1541 Jane St., North York.

Please note registration closes 1 hour 30 minutes prior to the end of service hours.

No appointment necessary; first come, first served. Face masks may be required in the waiting area; masks are available upon request.

Virtual Rapid Access Therapy Service Hours:

Limited virtual sessions are available, Monday to Friday, during walk-in hours (see above). Please call 416-669-3521 to book your time. Registration closes 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to end of service hours; calls made after that time will be booked for the following day.

What’s Up Walk-In®

The What’s Up Walk-In is a brief Rapid Access Therapy service. This service is available without appointment during designated times across the City of Toronto. Therapists at Yorktown and partner agencies work from a single session model which values building on client skills and resources to achieve results quickly. This city wide project is designed to provide a well-known, easily accessible therapy across the City.
