Yorktown Family Services is  extremely proud to announce our partnership with Toronto Police Service’s Public Safety Response Team (PSRT) to link accused offenders and their families with various social services across Toronto.

This is both an effective and highly strategic partnership and we want to send a congratulations and appreciation to all of the staff involved in the management and servicing of the numerous referrals.

Yorktown Family Services will be closing our programs and services for a staff event on Friday, September 25th, 2026.
Rapid Access Therapy and What’s Up walk-in clinics will also be closed on that day.
Regular program and service hours will resume on Monday, September 28th, 2026.
