Supporting Young Families

Supporting Young Families is a United Way “Success By Six” Program for pregnant and parenting teens living in the former City of York.  It consists of a Prenatal Education Program, a Healthy Eating and Nutrition Program, a Parent Education Program, a Parent/Child Program and a Support Group.

Supporting Young Families sessions are held one night a week at York Community Services, 1651 Keele Street (one block north of Rogers Road).

Transit Tickets, Food Vouchers and Child Care are available for participants.
