Reconnecting has a theme-based curriculum addressing such issues as isolation, separation, issues of loss, reunification with family and immigration issues. The program is offered twice a year.
The Friendship Club
The Friendship Club is a social skills program delivered by Yorktown Child and Family Centre to selected elementary schools in the former City of York. The program promotes and develops social-emotional and life skills in children aged 5 and 6 years who are experiencing social and behavioural problems that limit their ability to succeed at school and at home.
In Reach Programs

The program is offered to elementary school students in grade 7 and 8 and high school students.
